บทคัดย่อ

อบเชยไทย (Cinnamomum bejolghota (Buch.-Ham.) Sweet) เป็นพืชที่เนื้อไม้มีกลิ่นหอม มีสรรพคุณ เช่น แก้ลมวิงเวียน บำรุงหัวใจ ช่วยย่อยอาหาร ช่วยขับเหงื่อ แก้ไข้ แก้ท้องเสีย เป็นต้น เปลือกลำต้นเป็นส่วนประกอบในตำรับยาหอมแก้ลมวิงเวียน ยาหอมทิพโอสถ ยาหอมนวโกฐ ยาหอมอินทจักร์ ยาธาตุอบเชย ยามันทธาตุ ยาวิสัมพยาใหญ่ ยาริดสีดวงมหากาฬ และยาศุขไสยาศน์ ซึ่งอยู่ในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติสมุนไพร และยังเป็นส่วนประกอบในยาต้มแก้หวัดสำหรับบรรเทาอาการที่เกิดจาก covid-19 สารสกัดเอทานอลจากเปลือกอบเชยไทย (CBD-1) มีฤทธิ์ยับยั้งการเจริญของเชื้อ SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant และเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาสมุนไพรไทย การศึกษานี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลุ่มสารพฤกษเคมี องค์ประกอบทางเคมี และปริมาณสารสำคัญในส่วนสกัดเอทานอลจากเปลือกลำต้นอบเชยไทย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า CBD-1 มีสารกลุ่มฟีนอล ฟลาโวนอยด์ และเทอร์ปีนอยด์/สเตียรอยด์ เมื่อวิเคราะห์ด้วย GC-MS พบ α-copaene (5.84%), α-bergamotene (3.77%), β-bisabolene (3.12%), palmitic acid (2.97%), β-caryophyllene (2.53%), α-muurolene (2.47%), (+)-d-cadinene (2.40%), (-)-α amorphene (2.38%), (+)-cyclosativen (1.88%), ethyl linoleate (1.71%) และ (+)-g-gurjunene (1.67%) และเมื่อวิเคราะห์ด้วย UV-Vis spectrophotometry พบปริมาณฟีนอลิกรวมและปริมาณ ฟลาโวนอยด์รวม เท่ากับ 169.18±6.60 มิลลิกรัมสมมูลกับ Gallic acid 1 กรัม และ 269.59±1.59 มิลลิกรัมสมมูลกับ Rutin 1 กรัม ตามลำดับ CBD-1 มีกลุ่มสารพฤกษเคมี องค์ประกอบทางเคมี และปริมาณสารสำคัญที่น่าจะพิจารณานำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมสุขภาพเพื่อต้านอนุมูลอิสระและต้านไวรัส เช่น SAR-CoV-2 ได้
