Rice farming career sustainability was, mostly, omitted by both rice farmers and their offspring, the result indicated that, when the offspring become mature, they are displaced for non-agricultural sector jobs. Therefore, increasing of rice yield and quality are important task. This information would support for future research planning and rice strategy determination.
