The Efficiency of Learning Experience on the Testing of Total Polar Compounds in Repeatedly Used Cooking Oil

Abstract
The aim of this study was to carried out a performance test of Learning Experience (L.E) in the practice of testing polar compounds in refried oil using a test kit. The sample consisted of 13 volunteers from a Rangsit temple community, Lak Hok Subdistrict, Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani Province. The study design was a One Shot Case Study. The tools used for this study were a Learning Experience (L.E) table and a test kit for testing the total polar compounds in repeatedly used cooking oil A completion test and a behavior checklist were also used. Data were analyzed using percentage (%). The results revealed that 100 percent (all) of the group of people tested were able to correctly determine the total polar compounds in refried oil. In conclusion, using Learning Experience for the testing of the total polar compounds in repeatedly used cooking oil was successful. It made the sample group changed their behavior from never having had experience to having correctly determine the total polar compounds in refried oil.
