Study on the Quality of Fish Meal
Abstract
The propose of this research were to analyse for nutrients composition and predict of protein – percentage equation in fish meal. The samples of fish meal were randomly chosen from the fish meal plants, feed mills and small producers. The results showed that the quality of fish meal was depended on raw material and process used in fish meal production, The appropriate equation used the organic part percentage sepatated from fish meal. The equation in as follows : Protein–percentage in fish meal = -0.53 + 1.03 (organic part percentage in fish meal)
