Abstract

In this paper, we present sufficient finite-time stability (FTS) conditions for nonlinear systems with time varying delays and linear systems with time varying delays. By using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and Wirtinger-based inequality, this conditions in linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) form.
