การรับรู้แหล่งสนับสนุนของการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัยและการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีในวัยรุ่นชาย

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้แหล่งสนับสนุนของการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัยและการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีในวัยรุ่นชาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นวัยรุ่นชาย อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ที่กำลังศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 19 ราย เก็บข้อมูลระหว่าง เดือน ธันวาคม 2559-มีนาคม 2561 รวบรวมข้อมูลโดย การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกรายบุคคล และการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ด้วยข้อคำถามแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จำนวน 2 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหายึดตามแนวของเครสเวลและพอทฮ์ และใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป NVivo 11 ในการจัดการข้อมูลบทสัมภาษณ์ ผลวิจัยพบว่า แหล่งสนับสนุนการรับรู้เรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัยและการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ได้แก่ แหล่งข้อมูลสนับสนุนการรับรู้ แบ่งเป็น 1) แหล่งสนับสนุนการรับรู้ทางวิชาการ และ 2) แหล่งข้อมูลสนับสนุนการรับรู้ทางสังคม และอุปสรรคการเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูลสนับสนุนการรับรู้ที่เหมาะสม แบ่งเป็น 1) ความล่อแหลมของสื่อและพฤติกรรมเลียบแบบ 2) การขาดความเป็นส่วนตัวจากการรับบริการสุขภาพ และ3) ความไม่เพียงพอของแหล่งข้อมูลและสถานบริการสุขภาพเฉพาะกลุ่ม จากข้อค้นพบในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการจัดการเพิ่มแหล่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เรื่องการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศและการป้องกันเอชไอวีในสถาบันการศึกษา สถานบริการสุขภาพ เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบจากปัญหาเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์และปัญหาการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่ตามมาได้ในอนาคต
