Developing Innovations in Digital Classrooms to Off-Site Learning at Huay Hong Krai Royal Development Study Center Chiang Mai Province
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research aimed to 1) develop educational innovations in digital classrooms to off-site learning, and 2) transfer educational innovation knowledge to community schools. The sample group for this research consists of 30 students from Secondary Education Level 1-3 of Ban Mueang Kued school in Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, who participated in the activity of transferring digital classroom innovations to off-site learning at Ban Mueang Kued school. The tools used in this research include 1) educational innovations in digital classrooms to off-site learning at Huay Hong Krai Royal Development Study Center; 2) an innovation quality assessment form, and 3) an innovation satisfaction assessment form. The research findings were as follows: 1) The innovation is divided into two parts: the user section and administrator section. In the user section, the innovations were displayed in virtual reality format. Users accessed the system in a simulated with a 360-degree view, emulating a real-life visit. Users could control their movement within this virtual space. The system provided information about various learning centers within the main center, totaling 15 centers, in the form of static images and videos, controlled by the user. The innovation has content quality at a very good level with a mean of 4.87 (S.D. = 0.19) and in term of development, the innovation quality was at very good level with a mean of 4.6 (S.D. = 0.28); 2) In transferring the innovation to the target student group, it was found that students were satisfied at a high level, with a mean of 4.37 (S.D. = 0.79).
