บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการออกแบบศูนยจัดจําหนายสินคาและแผนที่ชุมชนทางเกษตรอัตลักษณพื้นถิ่น : ขาวเจ็กเชยเสาไห (ขาวGI) จ.สระบุรี และเพื่อเป็นต้นแบบให้กับชุมชนอื่นต่อไป ตามโครงการวิจัยตามแผนงาน เรื่อง “การพัฒนาและยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์การเกษตรอัตลักษณ์พื้นถิ่น เพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน: กลุ่มข้าวเจ็กเชยเสาไห้ (ข้าวGI) จังหวัดสระบุรี” โดยการมีสรางเครื่องมือที่ใชในการวิจัย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ แบบสํารวจ การวิเคราะห การสรุปผล สรางแบบแนวทางการออกแบบศูนยจัดจําหนายสินคาและแผนที่ชุมชนที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนและประเมินผลความพึงพอใจ พบว่ากลุมผูบริโภคชุมชนและจังหวัดสระบุรี เกิดการรับรูและรูจักขอมูลทางการเกษตรอัตลักษณพื้นถิ่นไดมากขึ้นและกวางขึ้นในเชิงพื้นที่ และเกิดความพึงพอใจตอการพัฒนาและการออกแบบของผลงาน โดยใชทุนการเกษตรอัตลักษณพื้นถิ่นภายในชุมชนที่มีใหเกิดประโยชนสูงสุด นอกจากนี้ได้ยังมีข้อเสอแนะในการการนำรูปแบบที่นำไปสู่กระบวนการวัดผลค่าของการประหยัดพลังงานอย่างยั่งยืน ต่อยอดไปสู่การก่อสร้างเพื่อใช้งานได้จริงในชุมชนต่อไป
