บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพทางภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมของพื้นที่ และพัฒนาแนวทางออกแบบภูมิทัศน์ที่ส่งเสริมเมืองในฐานะแหล่งท่องเที่ยววัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยประกอบด้วยการสำรวจภาคสนามด้วยเทคนิคการทำแผนที่ การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการบันทึกกิจกรรมการใช้พื้นที่ร่วมกับการเก็บพิกัดตำแหน่งทรัพยากรด้วยระบบกำหนดตำแหน่งบนโลก (GPS) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ การทบทวนเอกสารด้านต้นทุนวัฒนธรรม และการใช้ข้อมูลภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ เพื่อสังเคราะห์ศักยภาพของพื้นที่ด้วยการซ้อนทับข้อมูลของพื้นที่ทั้งด้านกายภาพและมุมมอง จัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงออกแบบ โดยมุ่งเน้นพื้นที่นำร่องในตำบลคุ้งสำเภาสำหรับพัฒนาเส้นทางและโครงสร้างภูมิทัศน์ท่องเที่ยว
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพื้นที่มโนรมย์มีศักยภาพสูงสำหรับการพัฒนาเส้นทางท่องเที่ยว สะท้อนผ่านความหนาแน่นของทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรม ความต่อเนื่องของภูมิทัศน์ริมน้ำและพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม ตลอดจนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงพื้นที่สำคัญเข้าด้วยกันผ่านเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยว โดยสามารถจำแนกเส้นทางเชิงสร้างสรรค์ได้ 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ (1) เส้นทางประวัติศาสตร์ (2) เส้นทางวิถีเกษตรกรรมท้องถิ่น และ (3) เส้นทางประเพณี ความเชื่อ การออกแบบภูมิทัศน์ในพื้นที่นำร่องแสดงถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาพื้นที่สาธารณะให้รองรับการพักผ่อน การเรียนรู้ และการท่องเที่ยว ชี้ให้เห็นความสำคัญของการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมกับข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่และวัฒนธรรม เพื่อยกระดับอัตลักษณ์เมืองและพัฒนามโนรมย์สู่เมืองท่องเที่ยววัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ผลการวิจัยมีคุณค่าในการนำเสนอกรอบการบูรณาการการวิเคราะห์เชิงพื้นที่ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ และการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์เพื่อการพัฒนาเมืองท่องเที่ยววัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในระดับชุมชน และ ข้อเสนอเชิงออกแบบที่ได้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับหน่วยงานอื่นในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวที่สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ วัฒนธรรม และความยั่งยืนของชุมชน
