การสร้างสรรค์น้ำตกหินเทียมไฟเบอร์กลาส

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องการสร้างสรรค์น้ำตกหินเทียมไฟเบอร์กลาสมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำหินเทียมไฟเบอร์กลาสมาสร้างสรรค์ เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยการนำหินเทียมไฟเบอร์กลาส มาประกอบเป็นน้ำตกจำลองขนาดเล็ก ที่มีน้ำหนักเบา เคลื่อนย้ายสะดวกนำไปติดตั้งในและนอกอาคารได้ มีความเป็นธรรมชาติใกล้เคียงกับน้ำตกจำลองที่สร้างขึ้นจากหินธรรมชาติ เริ่มจากการเก็บข้อมูลด้านต่างๆ จากน้ำตกธรรมชาติ น้ำตกจำลองที่จำหน่ายตามท้องตลาด ได้รับคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญรวม 3 ท่าน

โดยการนำหินชั้นมาถอดพิมพ์ด้วยยางซิลิโคน ใช้ไฟเบอร์กลาสเป็นพิมพ์ครอบสร้างแม่พิมพ์ไฟเบอร์กลาสสำหรับ หล่อโครงสร้างของน้ำตก อ่างน้ำหล่อเป็นก้อนหินชั้นไฟเบอร์กลาสและประกอบเป็นตัวน้ำตก 2 แบบถ่ายภาพและทำแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจจำนวน 100 คน พบว่า น้ำตกจำลองมีความจำเป็นต่อการจัดสวนและมีความสนใจต่อการนำน้ำตกจำลองไปใช้ในการจัดสวน ส่วนลักษณะสำคัญของน้ำตกจำลองควรให้ความรู้สึกที่เป็นธรรมชาติ มีน้ำหนักเบาเพื่อให้สามารถนำไปตกแต่งได้ทุกที่ตามความต้องการผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าควรมีการนำเอาวัสดุประเภทอื่นมาใช้เพื่อทดแทนวัสดุจากธรรมชาติที่กำลังจะหมดไป จากแบบสอบถามข้อมูลด้านต่างๆ ของน้ำตกจำลองหินเทียมไฟเบอร์กลาสทั้ง 2 แบบ พบว่าน้ำตกจำลองหินเทียม ไฟเบอร์กลาสมีความงามอยู่ที่ระดับมากและปานกลาง ความเป็นธรรมชาติอยู่ที่ระดับมากความต้องการนำไปใช้ตกแต่งสวนอยู่ที่ระดับปานกลาง การนำไปใช้แทนน้ำตกจากธรรมชาติอยู่ที่ระดับมากและปานกลางควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขอยู่ในระดับน้อย ในส่วนของข้อเสนอแนะทำให้ทราบว่ายังต้องมีการปรับปรุงด้านความงาม เพื่อเพิ่มความเป็นธรรมชาติให้มีมากยิ่งขึ้นด้วยการปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดวางหินให้มีความกลมกลืนแต่สลับซับซ้อนมากยิ่งขึ้น ควรใช้หินก้อนเล็กมาเป็นส่วนประกอบของตัวน้ำตกมากขึ้นเพื่อสร้างความกลมกลืนควรปรับปรุงสีและรูปทรงของอ่างน้ำให้มีหลายรูปแบบ รวมถึงการน้ำพรรณไม้มาใช้ประกอบในตัวน้ำตกเพื่อเพิ่มบรรยากาศและความเป็นธรรมชาติ

Creative miniature waterfall with the fiberglass stone

The objective of fibre artificial waterfall research is to reform the benefit as a concrete product by bringing fibre glass artificial stone to create a miniature waterfall which is light in weight and convenient portability. It can be installed inside and outside the building. It is similar to the natural waterfall that has the same natural stones. The research was started by collecting the information from the natural waterfall not only miniature selling in websites but also advices and suggestions from the three expertise in creating artificial waterfall and fibre glass work.

The experiment for creating fiber glass artificial waterfall will be the selection of the sedimentary rock that have the difference in silicone mould. Then fibre glass will be used for the second mould. A fibre glass and stone will be assembled with the stones in two forms. The information after evaluation for artificial waterfall in both fibre glass form found that artificial waterfall are at the medium and high levels. Natural style is the most satisfactory level. Need to use in furnishing garden at medium level. To use in place of natural waterfall at the most and at medium levels, need to improve at the lowest level. For suggestions, there will be more improvement in the way of beauty with natural look. By means of changing positions of stones to be harmonious but complex should use stone to make more colors and basin shapes including bringing plants being around waterfall to have more atmosphere and nature
