ผลของกระบวนการปรับสภาพฟางข้าวต่อการผลิตก๊าซชีวภาพภายใต้ระบบการหมักร่วมแบบด้วยมูลวัวแบบไม่ใช้ออกซิเจน

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพก๊าซชีวภาพจากฟางข้าวด้วยกระบวนการปรับสภาพและกระบวนการหมักร่วม โดยแบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนแรกเป็นการเปรียบเทียบองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของฟางข้าวที่ไม่ผสม และฟางข้าวที่ผสมก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเก่าในอัตราส่วน 3:1 และ 5:1 โดยพิจารณาปริมาณเซลลูโลส เฮมิเซลลูโลส และลิกนิน (น้ำหนักแห้ง) พบว่า ก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเก่าช่วยในการย่อยสลายเฮมิเซลลูโลสได้ โดยพบว่าในตัวอย่างที่ผสมก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเก่ามีเฮมิเซลลูโลสลดลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับฟางข้าวที่ไม่มีการผสม ฟางข้าวที่ไม่ผสมมีค่าเซลลูโลส 33.76 เปอร์เซ็นต์, เฮมิเซลลูโลส 34.90 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และลิกนิน 21.94 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ขณะที่อัตราส่วน 3:1 มีค่าเซลลูโลส 35.50 เปอร์เซ็นต์, เฮมิเซลลูโลส 16.29 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และ ลิกนิน 28.30 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และอัตราส่วน 5:1 มีค่าเซลลูโลส 37.36% เฮมิเซลลูโล 18.11 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และ ลิกนิน 25.77 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ศึกษาปริมาณการผลิตก๊าซชีวภาพจากการใช้มูลวัวผสมฟางข้าวกับก้อนเชื้อเห็ดเก่า
การทดลองแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ชุด การทดลองละ 2 ซ้ำ โดยนำวัสดุอัตราส่วน 5:1 มาผสมกับมูลวัวในอัตราส่วน 100:0, 90:10 และ 70:30 ผลการวิเคราะห์ปริมาณการผลิตก๊าซชีวภาพพบว่า ทั้ง 3 อัตราส่วนให้ผลการผลิตก๊าซชีวภาพที่ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F=0.40, P>0.05)
