ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและก๊าซในจังหวัดชลบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านสภาวะสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต ปัจจัยงาน และปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน กับคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและก๊าซในจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 955 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษานี้ มีดังนี้ แบบสอบถามสำหรับเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลภาวะด้านสุขภาพ รวมทั้งข้อมูลลักษณะงานและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน แบบประเมินความรู้สึกจากภาระงานและความเครียดจากการทำงานใช้ Subjective workload index แบบประเมินความผิดปกติทางระบบโครงร่างและกล้ามเนื้อใช้ Standard Nordic Questionnaire แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตใช้เกณฑ์ขององค์การอนามัยโลก แบบประเมินโรคซึมเศร้า และแบบประเมินความเครียดใช้แบบประเมินของกรมสุขภาพจิต กระทรวงสาธารณสุข การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต่าง ๆ กับคุณภาพชีวิตใช้วิธีตัวแบบผสมเชิงเส้นวางนัยทั่วไป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) คือ ระดับความเครียด (adjusted OR = 1.73, 95%CI = 1.09-2.73) การรับรู้ภาระงาน (adjusted OR = 1.70, 95%CI = 1.18-2.44) ระดับซึมเศร้า (adjusted OR = 6.83, 95%CI = 2.01-23.21) และประสบการณ์การทำงาน (adjusted OR = 1.49, 95%CI = 1.04-2.15) ข้อมูลที่ได้จากงานวิจัยนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรสำหรับการบริหารจัดการปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตเพื่อให้คุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานดีขึ้น
