ความรู้ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมของนักศึกษาหญิง มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านม และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาหญิง มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 413 ราย ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด สุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multistage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม แบบสอบถามทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านม โดยแบบสอบถามความรู้มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นตามสูตรคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 20 (KR-20) เท่ากับ .80 ส่วนแบบสอบถามทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมมีค่าความเที่ยงตามสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .75 และ .98 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านมอยู่ในระดับสูง (x̄ = 16.22, SD = 2.75) ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านมอยู่ในระดับดี (x̄ = 54.31, SD = 6.31) และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม (x̄ = 88.06, SD = 10.60) และ 2) ความรู้มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (rp = .26, rp = .17 ตามลำดับ) และทัศนคติ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (rp = .23) ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านมโดยการส่งเสริมความรู้และทัศนคติในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านม
