ปัญหาสารพิษจากเชื้อราปนเปื้อนในอาหารสัตว์เป็นปัญหาที่ยากจะหลีกเลี่ยงเพราะจัดเป็นสารพิษที่ปนเปื้อนได้ตามธรรมชาติ ซึ่งสารพิษจากเชื้อรามีหลายชนิดแต่ สารพิษอะฟลาเป็นสารพิษที่ได้รับความสนใจค่อนข้างมากในแถบประเทศที่ตั้งอยู่บนเขตศูนย์สูตรเนื่องจากมีการปนเปื้อนได้ง่ายและอาจพบได้ในปริมาณที่สูงพอจะก่อให้เกิดความพิษ ดังนั้นหลักและวิธีการตรวจวัดระดับการปนเปื้อนสารพิษอะฟลาจึงมีความสำคัญในแง่ของการป้องกัน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันมีการพัฒนาวิธีการตรวจวิเคราะห์อะฟลาทอกซินหลากหลายวิธี ทั้งนี้การเลือกประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์จะขึ้นกับเหมาะสมตามสถานการณ์ที่ผู้ใช้ต้องการ บทความนี้จะขอกล่าวถึงหลักและวิธีการตรวจวิเคราะห์อะฟลาทอกซินทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณอย่างสังเขป

Abstract

Mycotoxin contamination in animal feeding stuff is hardly avoidable due to it is a kind of natural contaminant. Several mycotoxins have been described. In the tropical zone, aflatoxin is one of most interested as it commonly found with the concentration that can cause aflatoxicosis. Therefore, principle and analytical method of aflatoxin plays an important rule for the toxin prevention. In present, several methods of aflatoxin determination have been developed. Practically, the method selection depends on condition and user. This review article is focusing on principle and analytical method of aflatoxin detection both qualitative and quantitative methods.
