The Development of e-Certificate System through PBRU LMS Education

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop an automated certificate issuance system for the PBRU LMS Education and to evaluate the system’s efficiency and user satisfaction. The sample group consisted of 134 personnel from Phetchaburi Rajabhat University with experience using the automated certificate issuance system on the PBRU LMS Education platform, selected through convenience sampling. The research instruments included the automated certificate system, an efficiency evaluation form, and a user satisfaction evaluation form. Data analysis was analyzed by using descriptive statistics including frequency distribution, percentage, mean (), standard deviation (SD)
The results revealed that the developed automated certificate issuance system on PBRU LMS Education performed its functions completely with strong security, responsiveness to user needs, and ease of use. The overall efficiency in all aspects was at the highest level ( = 4.88, SD = 0.173), and overall satisfaction in all aspects was also at the highest level (
= 4.45, SD = 0.726). These results demonstrate that the developed system is ready for practical application to improve the efficiency of the certificate issuance process and strengthen the quality of educational services provided by Phetchaburi Rajabhat University.
