ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อการจัดการโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

This research is a study of tourist satisfaction on tourism logistics management in Pathum Thani province. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the sample group, that was 150 Pathum Thani's tourisms in total, 30 persons per place at the National Science Museum, the Supreme Artist Hall, Rangsit Science Centre for Education, Wat Chedi Thong, and Wat San Chao. The results showed that the most tourists traveling to Pathum Thani province for the first time used private cars as transportation vehicles and had expenses less than 2,000 baht per time. Tourists’ satisfaction towards the tourism logistics of physical flow, the information flow and the financial flow was in the moderate level. Furthermore, the returning tourists back to visit Pathum Thani also used private cars as transportation vehicles, as it was convenient. The results of the satisfaction compared the logistics of travel of private car users as a vehicle to travel with people using buses or mass transit users to travel to Pathum Thani. There were no significant differences in the opinions on the three aspects at the significance level of 0.5. The development of the tourism logistics in Pathum Thani province should be continuously developed in all three aspects. Good travel is one factor attracting tourists. The tourism of Pathum Thani has the potential to accommodate tourists and make tourists happy. The return trip is a revenue increase for the community and Pathum Thani province as well.
