ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กอายุ 1 ปีครึ่ง ถึง 3 ปี ของผู้ปกครอง อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองเด็กอายุ 1 ปีครึ่ง ถึง 3 ปี อำเภอเวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน จำนวน 261 คน เลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Stage Sampling) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สติถิเชิงพรรณนา สถิติไคว์สแคว์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบแผนความเชื่อในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กในแต่ละด้านและความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กอยู่ในระดับสูง พฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง วิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์พบว่า สิ่งชักนำสู่การปฏิบัติในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กและความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p value <0.05) และทดสอบอำนาจการทำนาย พบว่าสิ่งชักนำสู่การปฏิบัติในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากและการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพช่องปาก สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กได้ร้อยละ 58.2 จากผลการศึกษามีข้อเสนอแนะให้ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรมีการกระตุ้นและให้การสนับสนุนสื่ออุปกรณ์ มีการสร้างเครือข่ายในการดำเนินงานในชุมชน มีการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อกระตุ้นประชาชนอย่างครอบคลุมและต่อเนื่อง มีการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็ก ให้กับผู้ปกครองเพื่อลดการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพช่องปากเด็ก
