ฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของสารเบอร์บีรีนที่แยกจากเถาแห้ม

บทคัดย่อ
การแยกสารเบอร์บีรีนจากสารสกัดหยาบเมทานอลของเถาแห้มให้บริสุทธิ์ด้วยเทคนิคคอลัมน์โครมาโทกราฟี ในระบบตัวทำละลายผสมเมทานอล : กรดอะซิติก : น้ำ (13 : 0.7 : 1) แล้วพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของสารโดยใช้เทคนิคสเปกโตรสโคปี จากนั้นทดสอบฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของสารเบอร์บีรีน ได้แก่ ฤทธิ์ยับยั้งการทำงานของแอลฟากลูโคซิเดส และอะไมเลส ฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ และทดสอบความเป็นพิษต่อเซลล์มะเร็งปอดชนิด A549 พบว่าสารเบอร์บีรีนมีประสิทธิภาพในการยับยั้งการเจริญของเซลล์ A549 ได้ดีที่สุด มีค่า IC50 20.33±3.51 ไมโครกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร ดังนั้นการศึกษานี้จึงให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญของสารต้นแบบเพื่อการพัฒนาเป็นยารักษาโรคมะเร็ง
