ภูมิปัญญาและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพ กรณีศึกษา: ชุมชนสะลวง – ขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมภูมิปัญญาด้านสมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพ และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนในชุมชนสะลวง – ขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 301 ครัวเรือน รวมรวบข้อมูลโดยการวิจัยเอกสาร ประกอบด้วย เอกสารที่นำเสนอข้อมูลปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิ รวมถึงการใช้แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์หากระบวนทัศน์ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนใช้สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการบรรเทาอาการไข้ รักษาโรคผิวหนัง บำรุงร่างกาย และเกี่ยวกับระบบทางเดินอาหาร โดยทัศนคติต่อการใช้ประโยชน์สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำกับการใช้ประโยชน์สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r =0.308, p - value< 0.0001) ทั้งนี้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ความสำคัญกับการสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการใช้ประโยชน์สมุนไพรพื้นบ้านเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพ
