การพัฒนาไลน์แชทบอทสำหรับระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

บทคัดย่อ
เนื่องจากทางระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.: OBEC) ยังไม่มีระบบแจ้งเตือนการค้างส่งหนังสือแบบอัตโนมัติ จึงส่งผลให้มีการค้างส่งหนังสือโดยเฉลี่ย 30 รายการต่อเดือน งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์พัฒนาไลน์แชทบอท ที่ให้บริการร่วมกับระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ สพฐ. เพื่อแจ้งเตือนการค้างส่งหนังสือไปยังสมาชิกได้แบบอัตโนมัติ เป็นการวิจัยแบบวิจัยและพัฒนา ตามหลักการของวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาระบบ แบ่งผู้ใช้ระบบเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ สมาชิกห้องสมุด และครูบรรณารักษ์หรือผู้ดูแลระบบ โดยใช้ห้องสมุดกาญจนาภิเษก โรงเรียนสตรีชัยภูมิ เป็นกรณีศึกษา ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนา Chatbot ชื่อว่า ST-Library โดยประยุกต์ใช้ Line Messaging API ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ ที่สามารถส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติไปยังสมาชิก และได้ทำการพัฒนาระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับหลังบ้าน เพื่อนำเข้าข้อมูลจากระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ สพฐ. เข้าสู่ระบบฐานข้อมูล MongoDB ที่ง่ายและสะดวกต่อผู้ดูแลระบบ ส่งผลให้ข้อมูลมีความทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ เมื่อนำไปใช้งานกับกลุ่มสมาชิก 150 คน พบว่าโดยรวมมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด ( Mean = 4.977, S.D. = 0.058) และจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ดูแลระบบในการใช้งานระบบหลังบ้าน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด
