ผลของโรติเฟอร์เสริมคุณค่าทางอาหารด้วยสาหร่ายขนาดเล็กแตกต่างกัน 3 ชนิดต่อการเจริญเติบโตและอัตราการรอดของลูกปลาไดเดม่า Pseudochromis diadema

บทคัดย่อ
ศึกษาการเจริญเติบโต อัตราการรอดของลูกปลาไดเดม่า (Pseudochromis diadema) แรกฟักที่เลี้ยงด้วยโรติเฟอร์ (Brachionus rotundiformis) ซึ่งเสริมคุณค่าทางอาหารด้วยสาหร่ายขนาดเล็ก 3 ชนิด (Tetraselmis gracilis, Isochrysis galbana และ Nannochloropsis oculata) แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ชุดทดลอง ได้แก่ 1. โรติเฟอร์ที่เลี้ยงด้วยสาหร่ายสีเขียว T. gracilis 2. โรติเฟอร์ที่เลี้ยงด้วยสาหร่ายสีน้ำตาลแกมทอง I. galbana 3. โรติเฟอร์ที่เลี้ยงด้วยสาหร่ายยูกลีโนไฟตา N. oculata และ 4. กลุ่มควบคุม (ไม่มีการเสริมคุณค่าทางอาหารในโรติเฟอร์) แต่ละชุดการทดลองมี 3 ซ้ำ ความหนาแน่นของโรติเฟอร์ที่ใช้ในการเลี้ยงลูกปลา 3 ตัวต่อมิลลิลิตร ให้อาหารวันละ 2 ครั้ง เลี้ยงระยะเวลา 15 วัน เมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลองพบว่าลูกปลาชุดทดลองที่ 2 มีความยาวรวมเพิ่ม (total length gain) และความยาวมาตรฐานเพิ่ม (standard length gain) สูงที่สุดโดยมีค่าเท่ากับ 4.28+0.10 mm (P<0.05) และ 3.10+0.08 mm (P<0.05) ตามลำดับ ในการทดลองลูกปลาแรกฟักกลุ่มควบคุมมีการตายของลูกปลาทั้งหมดเมื่อเลี้ยงได้ 3 วัน อัตราการรอดพบสูงสุดในชุดทดลองที่ 1 (P<0.05) การศึกษาคุณค่าทางอาหารและกรดไขมันรวมของสาหร่ายขนาดเล็ก 3 ชนิด พบปริมาณโปรตีนสูงสุดใน I. galbana (P<0.05) ไขมันมีปริมาณสูงใน N. oculata (P<0.05) กรดไขมันรวมสูงสุดพบใน N. oculata หลังจากการเพิ่มคุณค่าทางอาหารด้วยสาหร่ายขนาดเล็กให้โรติเฟอร์ พบว่ามีปริมาณไขมันสูงสุดในโรติเฟอร์ที่เพิ่มคุณค่าทางอาหารด้วย I. galbana ปริมาณโปรตีนสูงสุดในโรติเฟอร์ที่เพิ่มคุณค่าทางอาหารด้วย T. gracilis (P<0.05) กรดไขมันรวมสูงสุดพบในโรติเฟอร์ที่เพิ่มคุณค่าทางอาหารด้วย N. oculata
