การพัฒนาเครื่องผ่อนแรงทางการเกษตรสำหรับพรวนดิน

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้คือ เพื่อสร้างเครื่องผ่อนแรงทางการเกษตรสำหรับการพรวนดินแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคนโดยใช้หลักการยศาสตร์โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอนได้แก่ 1) คัดเลือกเครื่องพรวนดินต้นแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคนสำหรับเตรียมดินและไถพรวนดินตลอดจนกำจัดวัชพืชและเพาะปลูก 2) ออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องพรวนดินแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคน โดยใช้หลักการล้อและเพลาลิ่มและคาน 3) ทดลองใช้เครื่องพรวนดินแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคน และ 4) พัฒนาเครื่องพรวนดินแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคนโดยคำนึงถึงตัวบ่งชี้ตามหลักการยศาสตร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าเครื่องมือทางการเกษตรต้นแบบที่เกษตรกรนิยมใช้มากที่สุดคือจอบซึ่งนำมาพัฒนาเป็นเครื่องมือทางการเกษตร โดยการผสมผสานหลักการทำงานทั้ง 3 หลักการ ได้แก่ ล้อและเพลา ลิ่มและคาน ซึ่งช่วยเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างของดินโดยการบดหินขนาดเล็กและก้อนดินให้ละเอียด ทำให้ลดภาระงานของเกษตรกร โดยมีค่าการยศาสตร์ 25 ค่าที่กำหนดสำหรับความได้เปรียบเชิงกล (MA) โดยอิงจากปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างร่างกายและเครื่องมือซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมือ แขนส่วนล่าง แขนส่วนบน และลำตัว ความได้เปรียบเชิงกลของเครื่องพรวนดินต้นแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคน คือ 0.415 ความได้เปรียบเชิงกลที่ผู้ใช้ผลักคือ 3.286 ความได้เปรียบเชิงกลที่ผู้ใช้ดึงคือ 0.616 ความได้เปรียบเชิงกลที่ผู้ใช้ผลัก คือ 1.85 และความได้เปรียบเชิงกลที่ผู้ใช้ดึง คือ 0.515 การพัฒนาเครื่องพรวนดินแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคนจึงช่วยลดภาระงานของเกษตรกร ด้วยการใช้เครื่องพรวนดินแบบที่มีต้นกำเนิดมาจากแรงคนตามหลักสรีรศาสตร์สำหรับพรวนดินการทำงานของเกษตรกรลดภาระงาน และลดขั้นตอนเวลาในการทำงานทำให้เกษตรกรทำงานได้นานและรวดเร็วขึ้น เนื่องจากการนำระบบล้อ เพลา และลิ่ม มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อความสะดวกและเพื่อเพิ่ม "ความได้เปรียบเชิงกล"ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นสำคัญในการเปลี่ยนจากการเกษตรที่ใช้แรงงานหนักเป็นการเกษตรที่ใช้เครื่องมือผ่อนแรง นำไปสู่การเพิ่มผลผลิตและเพิ่มรายได้ของเกษตรกร
