บทคัดย่อ

Bi-2223 superconductor formation and microstructural evolution was studied from stoichiometric composition Bi1.5  Pb0.5 Sr2.0 Ca2.0 Cu3.0 Ox and Bi1.5 Pb0.5 Sr2.0 Ca3.0 Cu4.5 Oy, with the same atomic ratio of Ca/Cu = 0.67. SEM micrographs showed that the samples were polycrystal with porous structure and grain layers. Excess Ca and Cu influenced the reaction of Bi-2223 formation. From ac susceptibility measurement showed that TC of the first stoichiometric composition was higher. The lattice ratio, c/a, of Bi-2223, from XRD data, was between 6.82 - 6.87.
