บทคัดย่อ

Total bacterisl counts were determined by dilution plate method with the use of soil extract media. The media were prepared form different quantities of soil extract obtained from upland, orchard and paddy soils.Highest total bacterial counts were observed in the media containing low, quantity of soil extract.The quantity of soil extract in the media that yieded highest total bacterial count was found to very with soil type.
