Preliminary Study on Sal Tolerant Selection by Anther Culture Method in Rice, Oryza sativa L.

บทคัดย่อ

Varietal response of rice anther culture was observed. Hohm Mali 105 showed best development of callus (1:3.27');)).t he second was Khoa Ta Hang 17 (12.63%)L. eung Yai 14.8w as the third (9.80i%). and the fourth 1R 4505-4-1-13 (6.46%). The callus selection on differently selective media with salt solution showed no response on the tolerance. Some could grow in media with 1.5% NaCl but could not regenerate into plant.
