บทคัดย่อ

The inheritance of aroma in rice (Oryza sativa L.) was carried out in crosses among three aromatic varieties and three non-aromatic varieties. In crosses between aromatic and non-aromatic rice, all of the F1 plants were non-aromatic indicating that the gene controlling aroma in the parents was recessive. The segregating ratio of non-aromatic to aromatic plants was 3:1 in F2 plants confirming the monogenic inheritance of aroma.
