บทคัดย่อ

The F1 hybrids (IR 70/O. minuta and IR 72/O. minuta) were cultured on the modified MS media containing 15% coconut water, 1 g/l yeast extract, 3 mg/l BAP and 0.01, 0.03 and 0.05% colchicin during 3, 5 and 7 days. The F1 hybrids could have most rapid growth and many tillers on the 0.01% colchicine supplemented medium. These F1 hybrids from such medium which were treated for 3, 5 and 7 days were transferred to pots in the greenhouse. Some tillers produced panicles and seeds, while some tillers produced panicles but no seed formation. F2 seeds were planted, almost of tillers produced panicles and seeds. The size of F3 seeds were similar to cultivated varieties (IR 70 and IR 72).
