บทคัดย่อ

Greenhouse grown and tissue cultured Seeda tomato plants were used as leaf tissue source for protoplast isolation. Yields of 4.3 x 106 and 8.3 x 104 protoplasts/g fresh tissue were obtained from greenhouse grown and tissue cultured plants respectively. Only protoplasts from field grown plants divided, developed microcalli and regenerated the whole plant.
