การใช้เทคโนโลยีการเลี้ยงไหมของเกษตรกรในตำบลบ้านยาง อำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ การเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงไหมของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงไหมของเกษตรกร 3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีการเลี้ยงไหมของเกษตรกร และ 4) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ และการเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเลี้ยงไหม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงไหมตำบลบ้านยาง อำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 244 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-test F-test และวิเคราะห์ LSD สำหรับทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 56.72 ปี การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.87 คน ขนาดห้องเลี้ยงไหมเฉลี่ย 49.82 ตารางเมตร จำนวนแรงงานเฉลี่ย 1.86 คน ประสบการณ์เลี้ยงไหมเฉลี่ย 29.98 ปี เลี้ยงไหมเฉลี่ย 5.34 รุ่น/ปี รายได้เฉลี่ย 74,323.77 บาท/ปี รายจ่ายเฉลี่ย 3,150.41 บาท/ปี เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงไหมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเลี้ยงไหมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ขนาดห้องเลี้ยงไหม ประสบการณ์ จำนวนแรงงาน รายได้ สื่อบุคคล สื่อมวลชน และสื่อออนไลน์ที่แตกต่างกันมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเลี้ยงไหมโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ส่วนอายุ และจำนวนรุ่นการเลี้ยงไหมที่แตกต่างกันมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเลี้ยงไหมโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
