บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านการผลิตมันสำปะหลังของเกษตรกร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมันสำปะหลังในอำเภอภูวง จังหวัดอัตตะปือ สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว จำนวน 159 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 42.84 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ปลูกมันสำปะหลังเฉลี่ย 2.44 ปี มีแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.88 คน มีขนาดพื้นที่ปลูกมันสำปะหลังเฉลี่ย 1.04 เฮกตาร์ (ประมาณ 6.50 ไร่) มีรายได้จากการผลิตมันสำปะหลังเฉลี่ย 13,136,009 กีบต่อเฮกตาร์ (ประมาณ 22,725 บาท) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการผลิตมันสำปะหลังในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนใหญ่เกษตรกรไม่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่ม มีช่องทางการได้รับข่าวสารการผลิตมันสำปะหลังเฉลี่ย 1.64 ช่องทาง ด้านความต้องการพัฒนาความรู้การผลิตมันสำปะหลังในภาพรวม พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.31) มีความต้องการวิธีการพัฒนาการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.92) ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ช่องทางการรับรู้ข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการพัฒนาความรู้การผลิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ (p≤0.01) เพศ แรงงานในครัวเรือน ความรู้การผลิตมันสำปะหลัง และการติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ (p≤0.05)
