ความต้องการการส่งเสริมปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์ของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการส่งเสริมปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์ของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์ของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการการส่งเสริมปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์ของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 140 คน ในปีการผลิต พ.ศ. 2564/2565 โดยเป็นสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนจากสำนักงานการเกษตรอำเภอ และได้รับใบอนุญาตปลูกกัญชงจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความต้องการการส่งเสริมปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์อยู่ในระดับความต้องการการส่งเสริมมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความต้องการการส่งเสริมมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการตลาดและการแปรรูป (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.45) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความต้องการการส่งเสริมมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการเก็บเกี่ยวและการจัดการหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.20) ด้านการเตรียมพื้นที่และเมล็ดพันธุ์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.99) และด้านการเพาะปลูก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.79) ตามลำดับ ส่วนใหญ่สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์อยู่ในระดับความรู้ปานกลาง สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการการส่งเสริมปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์ของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ปลูกกัญชงในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p ≤ 0.05) ได้แก่ อายุ (p = 0.030) จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน (p = 0.014) จำนวนพื้นที่ปลูกกัญชง (p = 0.001) การฝึกอบรมและการไปดูงานเกี่ยวกับกัญชงอินทรีย์ (p = 0.019) และความรู้การปลูกกัญชงอินทรีย์ (p = 0.010)
