ความสามารถในการผสมข้ามและการประเมินลักษณะฟีโนไทป์ของบัวบกลูกผสมชั่วที่ 1

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาความสามารถในการผสมข้ามสายพันธุ์ของบัวบกจากสายพันธุ์พื้นเมือง 3 สายพันธุ์ โดยใช้แผนการผสมแบบพบกันหมด ประกอบด้วย สายพันธุ์ระยอง นครปฐม และอุบลราชธานี พบว่า การผสมเกสรบัวบก 787 ดอก มีอัตราการติดผล 64.2 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ได้เมล็ด 255 เมล็ด ภายหลังการเพาะเมล็ด ได้ต้นลูกผสม 41 ต้น หรือคิดเป็น 16.1 เปอร์เซ็นต์ แต่พบบางคู่ผสมไม่งอกรวมถึงต้นอ่อนบางต้นมีความอ่อนแอ ทำให้เหลือต้นลูกผสมที่สามารถประเมินลักษณะทางสัณฐานได้เพียง 4 คู่ผสม 26 ต้น ลูกผสมบัวบกชั่วที่ 1 ที่ได้ นำมาประเมินลักษณะทางสัณฐานวิทยา พบว่า ลูกผสมมีลักษณะสัณฐานวิทยาเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกับสายพันธุ์ที่นำมาใช้พันธุ์แม่
