ความต้องการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี GAP ของเกษตรกร อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ สังคม ระดับความรู้ ความต้องการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ตลอดจนปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับข้าวโพดหวาน ของเกษตรกรอำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวโพดหวานจำนวน 274 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ร้อยละ 74.40 เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 45.39 ปี ร้อยละ 59.50 มีสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 41.60 มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.45 คน มีจำนวนแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 1.93 คน รายได้ในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 14,307 บาท/เดือน พื้นที่ถือครองเฉลี่ย 3.50 จำนวนหนี้สินในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 108,472.76 บาท/ครัวเรือน มีประสบการณ์ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 14.16 ปี ประสบการณ์ทำเกษตร GAP เฉลี่ย 3.06 ปี ประสบการณ์อบรม/ดูงานเฉลี่ย 1.80 ครั้ง/ปี มีการติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่เฉลี่ย 1.40 ครั้ง/ปี ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีตำแหน่งในสังคม (ร้อยละ 87.9) รับรู้ข่าวสารจากการพูดคุย/บอกเล่า (ร้อยละ 75.50) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ GAP อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 58.37) โดยมีความต้องการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ด้านภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.95) สำหรับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความต้องการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ได้แก่ อายุ จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน รายได้รวมในครัวเรือน จำนวนหนี้สินในครัวเรือน การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริม จำนวนพื้นที่ถือครอง ช่องทางการรับรู้ข่าวสาร และความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ทั้งนี้ยังพบว่า การปนเปื้อนวัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตรและการตลาดเป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ในการทำการเกษตรที่ดี หากมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือเอกชนเข้ามาสนับสนุนการรวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวโพดหวานทำให้มีอำนาจต่อรองราคากับพ่อค้าคนกลางหรือจัดหาแหล่งจำหน่ายผลผลิตที่ได้รับราคาที่ยุติธรรมเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ก็พร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติตาม
