ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการผลิตกัญชงของเกษตรกรชาวม้ง ในตำบลคีรีราษฎร์ อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการผลิตกัญชงของเกษตรกรชาวม้ง ในตำบลคีรีราษฎร์ อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามกับเกษตรกรชาวม้งที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกัญชงกับสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอพบพระ ช่วงกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2564 ถึง มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 จำนวน 180 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มด้วยการใช้สูตรเทียบสัดส่วนจากเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกัญชงทั้งหมด 326 คน ทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลากแบบไม่ใส่คืน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธีปกติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย (ร้อยละ 60.00) สมรสแล้ว (ร้อยละ 100.00) อายุเฉลี่ย 39.96 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ร้อยละ 63.30) มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.86 คน จำนวนแรงงานทางการเกษตรทั้งหมดเฉลี่ย 3.16 คน จำนวนแรงงานทางการเกษตรในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.56 คน รายได้ในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 225,666.66 บาทต่อปี รายจ่ายในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 210,000 บาทต่อปี ส่วนมากใช้เงินทุนจากธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ร้อยละ 67.20) มีพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรของตัวเองเฉลี่ย 6.83 ไร่ โดยส่วนใหญ่ดำรงตำแหน่งคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้าน (ร้อยละ 72.22) และเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มเกษตรกร (ร้อยละ 59.45) เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรมด้านการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 2.13 ครั้งต่อปี รับรู้ข่าวสารด้านการเกษตรเกี่ยวกับการปลูกกัญชง 3.80 ครั้งต่อปี และมีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกพืชกัญชงเฉลี่ย 14.20 ปี โดยเกษตรกรทั้งหมดมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตกัญชงอยู่ในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 100.00) มีทัศนคติต่อการผลิตกัญชงภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.76) และมีการผลิตกัญชงภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.91) ในขณะที่ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธีปกติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 พบ 4 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการผลิตกัญชง ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการปลูกพืชกัญชง การเข้าร่วมฝึกอบรมการผลิตพืชกัญชง ทัศนคติต่อการผลิตกัญชง และระดับการศึกษา
