จริยธรรมการทำวิจัยในคน และที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคน

ปัจจุบันการศึกษาวิจัยหรือการทดลองในคนทำให้เกิดความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางด้านการแพทย์ เพื่อให้มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคระบาดวิทยา กาเกิดโรค พยาธิสรีรวิทยาของโรค การวินิจฉัย การป้องกันการรักษา เพื่อยืนยันประสิทธิภาพ (efficacy) และความปลอดภัย (safety) ของยาหรือวิธีการ ทำให้พัฒนาวิธีการตรวจวินิจฉัย การป้องกัน รักษาโรคและการดูแลสุขภาพให้ก้าวหน้าขึ้น ที่เข้าใจว่ามีความเสี่ยงน้อยต่อร่างกายของอาสาสมัครในการวิจัยนั้น แต่อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อจิตใจ สถานะทางสังคม ฐานะทางการเงินการงาน และอันตรายทางกฎหมาย

การทำวิจัยในคนควรยึดหลักจริยธรรมการทำวิจัยที่เป็นหลักสากลและใช้หลักจริยธรรมพื้นฐาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการคุ้มครองอาสาสมัครในการวิจัยอย่างเหมาะสมการทำวิจัยที่เป็นไปตามหลัก
จริยธรรมพื้นฐานประกอบด้วยหลัก 3 ประการ ได้แก่
1. หลักความเคารพในบุคคล (Respect for person)
2. หลักคุณประโยชน์ ไม่ก่ออันตราย (Beneficence and Non-maleficence)
3. หลักความยุติธรรม (Justice)

**ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยควรคำนึงถึงจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษในบทความที่ดำเนินการส่งเข้ามาบทความ เพื่อให้เกิดการสร้างความมั่นใจ และมีความน่าเชื่อถือยิ่งขึ้น

    Health Science, Science and Technology Reviews, a journal published by the University of Phayao, has been continuously published since 2008 in accordance with national journal quality standards and is indexed in the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI). The journal has previously been published in print format under ISSN 2985-153X (Print).

    The journal hereby notifies the discontinuation of its print publication and will be published exclusively in electronic format (E-Journal) thereafter. Accordingly, the Print ISSN will be discontinued effective from Volume 18, Issue 1 (January–April 2025) onward.

    Human research should adhere to international ethical principles and fundamental ethical standards to ensure the appropriate protection of research participants and that research is carried out in accordance with ethical standards.

    Fundamental ethical principles encompass three key principles:

    3. Justice:

    Therefore, researchers should consider the ethics of human research in articles submitted for publication to enhance confidence and credibility.
