ผลนวดเท้าด้วยการเหยียบรางไม้ไผ่ร่วมกับแช่เท้าด้วยน้ำอุ่นต่ออาการชาเท้าในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2

การศึกษามุ่งหมายไต่สวนการนวดเท้าด้วยการเหยียบรางไม้ไผ่ ร่วมกับการแช่เท้าด้วยน้ำอุ่น ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ต่ออาการชาเท้า จำนวน 72 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 36 คน และกลุ่มทดลอง 36 คน ผลการศึกษาพบกลุ่มทดลองอาการชาเท้าลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) มากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม ไม่พบภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการทดลอง สรุปการเกื้อหนุนด้านกายภาพร่วมกันอาจเป็นทางเลือกบรรเทาชาเท้า
