Abstract

The objective of this study is to the development of extraction tools and the synthesis of the important substances from mango to a nano-molecular level. Take the rough extract of “Beta-carotene” from ripe mangoes, especially mangoes that failed the export standard in Loei Province, and develop into a nano-molecular substance to produce cosmetics and chicken feed. The results showed that the extraction tools and the synthesis of the important substances from mango to a nano-molecular level The machine has base area dimensions of 60 x 40 centimeters, slide rail height of 40 centimeters, and consists of 2 stirring blades. The power source is an electric spindle motor; size 1500 (1800) watts, 300 hertz, and maximum speed 18,000 rpm, with speed control set (invertor size 1500 watts). Heating unit Use an electromagnetic heating stove, 220 volts, 50 Hz, 2200 watts. The machine created can agitate at a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm in production conditions containing tween80, vitamin B3, white oil, beta-carotene, CaCl2, vitamin C and collagen, resulting in an emulsion size of less than 200 nanometers, which is the standard size of nanoemulsions that must be in the range of 20-200 nm.
