Publication Ethics
Prawarun agriculture Journals is the official academic journal for agricultural science and agricultural technology under the department of agricultural technology at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham university. It serves as a platform for disseminating academic research and sharing novel findings among academics, researchers, and members of the public. To ensure accurate and high-quality publication that conforms to international standards, norms, best practices, and ethical standards, the following rules are established.
The authors who submit an article to Prawarun agriculture Journal must ensure that their article is original and has not been published or is currently being published in any other local or international journals. Additionally, the Authors must verify that the study provided is original and doesn't copy or reproduce any part of previous research or studies. The contributor must guarantee that there are no conflicts of interest or partial interests related to these articles.
Before publishing, Prawarun agriculture journal will check all submitted articles for plagiarism. In case a plagiarist is discovered at any phase in the publication process, the author will be instructed to rework the original content. Every submission will undergo verification by the Turnitin software to prevent plagiarism. Any articles in Prawarun agricultural journal which have more than 35 percent. The articles will be rejected, and the author is notified. The editor highly advises the author to thoroughly examine every word of the piece of work before to its submission to journal.
Prawarun agriculture journal is committed to carefully reviewing articles that are submitted and published in an unbiased and fair manner. It tries to prevent any actual or possible conflicts of interest between the author and reviewers of the article. Therefore, the legal guidelines concerning the duty of each person concerned are as described below:
Responsibilities of editors and editorial boards
In the case of a conflict of interest emerging between the editorial boards and the author or the author's institution, which could potentially impact the impartial evaluation of the article, another editor, who is not involved in the conflict, will be assigned to manage the assessment process instead.
The editor will ensure that articles submitted for publication have been reviewed by three reviewers who have professional expertise in the field of articles. The evaluation is considered conclusive. The executive Editor is authorized for determining whether to publish the unaltered version of the assessed article.
Responsibilities of reviewers
The reviewer's role in article review includes reviewing the article's content, the scientific experimental process, and the suitability of publishing in Prawarun agricultural journals based on the journal's format. In addition, the author provides suggestions for the original content that requires improvement to ensure the suitability of the articles for publication.
If the reviewer selected to review the article lacks abilities in the subject matter, cannot review the article right away, or has conflicting interests, the editor responsible for the review must be informed to find a different reviewer. Once the article's content aligns with the subject's competence, the review should be promptly conducted, and the assessment report should be submitted to the journal editor according to the designated timeframe.
The article documents submitted by the editorial team to the article reviewers are considered "confidential" Article reviewers are strictly prohibited from sharing any information on these documents with any external entity except the editors who are directly involved in the evaluation process. The article evaluator remains non-disclosed, regardless of whether the original article is accepted or rejected for publication.
The reviewers should provide feedback on the article in the review report based on scientific principles. The reviewers' comments should be clear, brief, and respectful, attempting to bring any mental anguish to the author. Avoid using text that is insulting and degrading towards the author.
Responsibilities of author
Authors must avoid distorting the results of research because it might damage trust in the journal's standards and should adhere to good scientific research principles.
The original article shouldn't have been previously published in another journal, either in whole or in part, except that it is a new work that was developed from further research on the original work. The author is required to mention this in the article.
The original article must be a single study. The original article should not be divided into several sections to increase the number of submissions, or to submit to different journals at different times.
The authors do not create or modify any information, including images, to support their conclusions. No third party presents any information, text, or theory. We assume the author's identity. Wordmarks must be used to copy content word for word.
The original article must be submitted with the consent of the co- authors and the responsible agency of the institution or organization in operation before being submitted to the journal for publication. The co - authors whose names appear in each article are jointly responsible for the results obtained from the article's publication.
The research article's author should present the research findings correctly. Since the article's content is misleading, the research should be repeatable. The author should keep the text clear and not deliberately report incorrect or missing information.
It is not recommended to write a review article if the author is not an expert in the field in which the article is written or if the author does not have sufficient basic information or past study reports.
The author may request raw information about the article when necessary (ethical cases, etc.). Therefore, the raw information of the original article should be stored securely for presentation if necessary. The raw data storage period after publication should be at least 10 years. In the event that the editor requests information and the author is unable to send raw information to the editor, the editorial team reserves the right to handle the article as appropriate.
