ระบบบริการสุขภาพสำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีด:การศึกษาจากมุมมองของกลุ่มผู้นำและผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพ กรณีจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย

ความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์ งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระบบบริการสุขภาพสำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีด ผ่านประสบการณ์ของกลุ่มผู้นำและผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพ ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด 6 เสาหลัก (Six Building Blocks Health System) ขององค์การอนามัยโลก
วิธีการวิจัย การเก็บข้อมูลดำเนินการผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก เป็นผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องหรือมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับการบริการสุขภาพสำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีดในพื้นที่ ตำบลโคกเคียน อำเภอเมือง ตำบลบูกิต อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง จังหวัดนราธิวาส และอำเภอยะหริ่ง จังหวัดปัตตานี รวมจำนวน 20 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มุมมองต่อระบบบริการสุขภาพสำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีดมีประเด็นหลัก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ขาดทรัพยากรสนับสนุนและระบบการดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2) ขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำศาสนาและผู้นำชุมชน 3) ความเชื่อและพฤติกรรมของผู้รับบริการ 4) ปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และ 5) ขาดการสนับสนุนจากสามีและคนในครอบครัว โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาระบบและกลไก เช่น การแจกอาหารเสริม การใช้แอปพลิเคชันติดตาม และการบูรณาการศาสนาและครอบครัว
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ การแก้ไขปัญหาที่มีความเข้าใจบริบททางวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่ การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของชุมชน มีการบูรณาการภาคีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนระบบสุขภาพ ช่วยให้ระบบการบริการมีคุณภาพและมีความยั่งยืนตลอดไป
