Abstract

This article aimed to concepts of present digital technology to support intelligent shop innovation of food and bakery businesses in this new normal era.  The components of digital technology were (1) digital technology showed demands and customer behaviors. It was an application of artificial intelligence advances to analyze customers and customer journeys.  (2) Digital technology which created customer interactions. It was an application of digital technology to serve as a bridge to connect with customers through websites, digital content suitable for individual customers, social networks, and chatbots. (3) Digital technology for sales and online delivery by adopting technology in data storage and developing real-time food delivery applications to display through a digital map to know the status of the products throughout the delivery route from the origin to the delivery destination anywhere and anytime. (4) An intelligent payment system which supported online transactions and new normal lifestyles. Digital technology was applied to excellent service centers in the food and bakery businesses. Create intelligent shop innovations to enhance customer service for a better experience in using the service. All of the above will increase the efficiency of the service, add value-added service, and supports a new normal way.
