ผลของการใช้เปลือกโกโก้อบแห้งเป็นส่วนประกอบในอาหารสำหรับไก่ไข่ต่อผลผลิตและคุณภาพของไข่

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าเปลือกโกโก้ด้วยการนำมาเป็นส่วนประกอบในอาหารสำหรับไก่ไข่ การเตรียมเปลือกโกโก้เป็นวัตถุดิบร่วมกับส่วนผสมอื่น ๆ ทำโดยนำเปลือกโกโก้ไปอบแห้งด้วยเครื่องอบแห้งแบบลมร้อนที่มีอัตราการไหลของลมร้อน 3 ลิตร/นาที การอบแห้งเปลือกโกโก้ทำที่อุณหภูมิ 50, 60 และ 70 องศาเซลเซียส เพื่อหา
สภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการอบแห้ง และเพื่อศึกษาแบบจำลองทางคณิตศาสตร์ของการอบแห้งเปลือกโกโก้ ในการศึกษาผลของอาหารสำหรับไก่ไข่ผสมเปลือกโกโก้ต่อผลผลิตและคุณภาพไข่ไก่ ใช้อาหารสำหรับไก่ไข่ผสมเปลือกโกโก้ 3 สูตรที่มีปริมาณเปลือกโกโก้ร้อยละ 2, 4 และ 6 จากการทดลอง พบว่า สภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการอบแห้งเปลือกโกโก้ คือ การอบแห้งแบบลมร้อนที่อุณหภูมิ 50 องศาเซลเซียส ที่เวลา 555 นาที ซึ่งเป็นสภาวะที่มีความสิ้นเปลืองพลังงานจำเพาะต่ำสุดที่ 5.25 เมกะจูล/กิโลกรัมน้ำ การศึกษาแบบจำลองทางคณิตศาสตร์ของการอบแห้งเปลือกโกโก้ พบว่า สมการกึ่งทฤษฎีของ Logarithmic เป็นสมการทำนายการลดลงของความชื้นเปลือกโกโก้ที่เหมาะสมที่สุด เนื่องจากให้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การตัดสินใจ (R2) ที่สูงที่สุดและให้ค่า root mean square error (RMSE) และ sum of square error (SSE) ตํ่าที่สุด โดยมี R2 มากกว่า 0.9996  ค่า RMSE และค่า SSE เท่ากับ 0.00434 และ 0.00345 ตามลำดับ การศึกษาผลของอาหารสำหรับไก่ไข่ผสมเปลือกโกโก้ต่อผลผลิต และคุณภาพไข่ไก่ พบว่า ไก่ที่ได้รับอาหารผสมเปลือกโกโก้มีอัตราผลผลิตไข่ น้ำหนักไข่ มวลไข่ อัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นไข่ และค่าฮอฟ์ยูนิตดีกว่าไก่ที่ได้รับอาหารทางการค้า แต่มีปริมาณการกินอาหารไม่แตกต่างกัน
