The Development of E-Commerce Systems for Increasing Distribution Channels of Coffee Products, Ban Thamsing Community Enterprise, Chumphon Province

Abstract

This research aimed to develop an E-commerce system for increasing distribution channels of coffee products, Ban Thamsing community enterprise, Chumphon province and to assess the satisfaction of the developed E-commerce system. The research began with collecting information about the current operating processes of the enterprise and interviewing a relevant sample group of 30 people in order to collect information and problems for data analysis and website design and development. From the results, it was found that 1) the developed
E-commerce system provided convenience and increased distribution channels of the products to customers thoroughly 2) the results of the assessment including that of the evaluation of the system performance from 5 experts was at the highest level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.59, S.D. = 0.56) and that of the satisfaction assessment of the system from 115 users was at the highest level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.68, S.D. = 0.51).
