ความรู้ ทัศนคติ การปฏิบัติ และอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพักเอกชน ของบุคลากรผู้ดูแลหอพักเอกชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเมืองศรีไค อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ การปฏิบัติ และอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพักเอกชน รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพักเอกชนของบุคลากรผู้ดูแลหอพักเอกชน ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเมืองศรีไค อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรู้ ทัศนคติ การปฏิบัติ และอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพักเอกชนจากบุคลากรผู้ดูแลหอพักเอกชน จำนวน 103 คน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า บุคลากรผู้ดูแลหอพักเอกชนส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ ทัศนคติ การปฏิบัติ และอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพักเอกชนในระดับสูง (Mean = 0.95, SD = 0.09) ระดับดี (Mean = 4.57, SD = 0.46) ระดับดี (Mean = 0.80, SD = 0.14) และระดับน้อย (Mean = 0.15, SD = 0.33) ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานของหอพักเอกชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา การรับทราบข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพัก ประเภทหอพัก ความรู้มาตรฐานด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และทัศนคติมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย (p-value =0.001, 0.026,0.048, 0.042 และ< 0.001 ตามลำดับ) จากการศึกษานี้หน่วยงานท้องถิ่นที่เกี่ยวข้องควรนำไปพิจารณาส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจให้กับบุคลากรผู้ดูแลหอพักในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานหอพักเอกชนให้ดีขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
