การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมสำหรับสตรีไทย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง แบบศึกษากลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมสำหรับสตรีไทย 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมก่อนและหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อแอปพลิเคชันหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีไทยวัยผู้ใหญ่ที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านโนนน้อย ต. บุ่งหวาย อ. วารินชำราบ จ. อุบลราชธานี ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด จำนวน 25 ราย ทำการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดด้วยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ แอปพลิเคชันความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมสำหรับสตรีไทย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน โดยแบบทดสอบทั้ง 2 ชุดมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .77 และ .97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ paired t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นในรูปแบบแอนนิเมชันภาพนิ่ง 2 มิติ ง่ายและสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน และสามารถใช้ถ่ายทอดความรู้และการปฏิบัติตัวเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมสำหรับสตรีไทยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 2) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังใช้แอปพลิเคชันสูงกว่าก่อนใช้แอปพลิเคชันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.01) และ 3) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความพึงพอใจโดยรวมต่อแอปพลิเคชันของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x = 4.60, SD = 0.50) ดังนั้น เจ้าหน้าที่ทีมสุขภาพสามารถนำแอปพลิเคชันนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับสตรีไทยเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งเต้านมได้
