Abstract

This research studied on critical temperature of YBa5Cu6Ox superconductor dope Fe2O3. Y2O3, BaCO3, CuO, and Fe2O3 were mixed in mortar and prepared by solid state reaction. The calcination and sintering temperature were set at 900 oC and then low a temperature at 550 oC  for annealing temperature. Physical properties of superconductor were analyzed by a four-point probe method, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX). We found the highest critical temperature at 94.5 K on Y156 superconductor was doped by Fe = 0.001 Wt%. The Fe doping samples had a grain size about 3 to 6 microns. In addition, the non-dispersion of elements and porous were occured in the structure.
