บทคัดย่อ

การวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุระหว่างตัวแปรแฝงและตัวแปรสังเกตได้ โดยมีสองแนวทางหลัก คือ สมการโครงสร้างที่เน้นการทดสอบทฤษฎีโดยใช้ความแปรปรวนร่วมเป็นฐาน (Covariance-Based SEM: CB-SEM) และสมการโครงสร้างที่เน้นการพัฒนาทฤษฎีโดยใช้ความแปรปรวนเป็นฐานหรือกำลังสองบางส่วนเป็นฐาน (Variance-Based SEM: VB-SEM หรือ Partial Least Squares SEM: PLS-SEM)-- มักนิยมเรียกเป็น วิธีกำลังสองบางส่วน (Partial Least Square: PLS) ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันทั้งในแนวคิดและกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ บทความนี้นำเสนอการเปรียบเทียบการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) ด้วย CB-SEM และ VB-SEM (PLS-SEM) ผ่านโปรแกรม AMOS และ SmartPLS ตามลำดับ โดยใช้ตัวแบบการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (Technology Acceptance Model: TAM) เป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยใช้ข้อมูลตัวอย่างจากเว็บไซต์ www.smartpls.com จำนวน 1,190 ตัวอย่าง และทำการสุ่มมา 100 ตัวอย่าง เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้ในเวอร์ชันนักศึกษา (Student version) สำหรับโปรแกรม SmartPLS และใช้จำนวนตัวอย่างเท่ากันในโปรแกรม AMOS รวมถึงปรับเปลี่ยนตัวแบบเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับจำนวนตัวอย่าง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า CB-SEM เหมาะสำหรับการยืนยันทฤษฎีและข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ในขณะที่ VB-SEM (PLS-SEM) มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง เหมาะกับข้อมูลขนาดเล็กและตัวแบบที่ซับซ้อน บทความนี้สรุปข้อดี ข้อจำกัดของแต่ละวิธี พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับนักวิจัยในการเลือกใช้อย่างเหมาะสม
