ผลของรูปแบบและอัตราการสูญหายของข้อมูลต่อความแม่นยำของแบบจำลอง ARIMA สำหรับการพยากรณ์การใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาผลของรูปแบบและอัตราการสูญหายของข้อมูลที่มีต่อความแม่นยำของแบบจำลอง ARIMA ในเชิงระเบียบวิธี โดยอาศัยข้อมูลการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้ารายเดือนของประเทศไทยช่วงปี ค.ศ. 2002–2025 งานวิจัยนี้ใช้การจำลองแบบแฟกทอเรียลเต็ม (Full factorial design) เพื่อจำลองสถานการณ์ข้อมูลสูญหายตามรูปแบบ Missing Completely at Random (MCAR) และ Missing at Random (MAR) ที่อัตราร้อยละ 10, 20 และ 30 โดยทำการทดลองซ้ำเงื่อนไขละ 50 ครั้ง และดำเนินการจัดการข้อมูลด้วยที่สูญหายวิธีการทดแทนข้อมูล 3 วิธี ที่ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในงานพยากรณ์อนุกรมเวลา ได้แก่ วิธีแทนค่าด้วยค่าก่อนหน้า (Last Observation Carried Forward: LOCF) การประมาณค่าเชิงเส้น (Linear interpolation) และตัวกรองคาลมาน (Kalman filtering) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิธีการทดแทนข้อมูลเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความแม่นยำของการพยากรณ์มากที่สุด รองลงมาคืออัตราการสูญหายของข้อมูล โดยวิธี Kalman filtering ให้ค่ารากที่สองของความคลาดเคลื่อนกำลังสองเฉลี่ย (Root Mean Squared Error: RMSE) ต่ำที่สุดในภาพรวมและมีความเสถียรสูง ในขณะที่วิธี Linear interpolation ให้ค่า RMSE สูงที่สุดอย่างสม่ำเสมอ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของบางวิธี โดยเฉพาะ LOCF มีความแปรผันตามสัดส่วนข้อมูลที่สูญหายอย่างชัดเจน ผลลัพธ์ดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นว่า Kalman filtering เป็นทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมและมีความทนทานสูง สำหรับการจัดการข้อมูลอนุกรมเวลาด้านพลังงานที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ซึ่งสามารถสนับสนุนการวางแผนการใช้พลังงานระยะยาวภายใต้ความไม่แน่นอนของข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
