งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความสิ้นเปลืองพลังงานในการเก็บข้าวเปลือกในไซโล สำหรับเป็นข้อมูลในการหาแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในการเก็บข้าวเปลือก โดยมีเงื่อนไขในการศึกษา คือ ข้าวเปลือกความชื้น 14%w.b.และไซโลบรรจุข้าวเปลือก 2,000 ตัน สำหรับเกณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการประเมิน คือ ความสิ้นเปลืองพลังงานจำเพาะและต้นทุนพลังงานไฟฟ้า ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ความสิ้นเปลืองพลังงานจำเพาะในการเก็บข้าวเปลือกเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.27 kWh/ตันข้าวเปลือก โดยมีต้นทุนด้านพลังงานเท่ากับ 4.39 บาทต่อตันข้าวเปลือก นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า อุณหภูมิอากาศแวดล้อมมีผลอย่างมากต่อการเป่าลมระบายอากาศให้กับข้าวเปลือกในไซโล

Abstract

The objective of this work was to evaluate the energy consumption of paddy storage in silo so as to find out the strategy for improving the energy efficiency of paddy storage in silo. The experiment was conducted under the following conditions: paddy moisture of 14 %w.b. and silo capacity of 2,000 tons of paddy. The criteria used for evaluating were specific energy consumption and energy cost. From the study results, it was found that the specific energy consumption and energy cost were approximately 1.27 kWh per ton and 4.39 baht per ton, respectively. Furthermore, it should be noted that ambient temperature has a considerable effect on the air ventilation for paddy in silo.
