งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานเมนูบนแท็บเล็ต ที่มี รูปแบบเมนู สภาวะการใช้งาน และกลุ่มอายุที่แตกต่างกัน ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเด็ก จำนวน 41 คน และผู้ใหญ่ 40 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ANOVA Repeated Measures ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพด้านเวลาตอบสนองในกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทั้งหมดพบว่าเวลาตอบสนองของรูปแบบเมนู ทั้ง 4 แตกต่างกัน (p<0.05) แต่เมื่อพิจารณาในกลุ่มผู้ใช้ที่เป็นผู้ใหญ่พบว่าเวลาตอบสนอง ของรูปแบบเมนู Corner Open Pie Menu และ Pop-up Linear Menu มากกว่า Pop-up Open Pie Menu และ Pop-up Close Pie Menu (p<0.05) เวลาตอบสนองของเด็ก มากกว่า เวลาตอบสนองของผู้ใหญ่ (p<0.05) และเวลาตอบสนองในสภาวะที่แท็บเล็ตวางอยู่บนที่วางแท็บเล็ต กับ สภาวะที่ถือแท็บเล็ตอยู่ ไม่แตกต่างกัน (p>0.05) ประสิทธิภาพด้านความถูกต้อง พบว่า เด็กตอบผิดมากกว่าผู้ใหญ่ ผลของความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ พบว่า ผู้ใช้ชอบรูปแบบเมนู Corner Open Pie Menu มากที่สุด และมีระดับความพึงพอใจในเรื่องเมนูมีการใช้งานที่สะดวก วิธีการใช้งานเมนูสามารถเรียนรู้ได้ง่าย และความเหมาะสมที่จะนำเมนูมาใช้งานบนแท็บเล็ต โดยรวมทุกเมนูอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด

Abstract

This research aimed to study the efficiency and user satisfaction with different menu types, conditions of usability and age group. The sample consisted of 41 children and 40 adults. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation,ANOVA Repeated Measures. The results showed that different response times of overall users were classified by four menu types (p<0.05), while the result of adult age showed that response time of the Corner Open Pie Menu and Pop-up Linear Menu more than Pop-up Open Pie Menu and Pop-up Close Pie Menu differently. (p<0.05) Response time of children differed more than adults (p<0.05) and response time of the laying condition and the holding condition were not different. (p>0.05) The efficiency of accuracies showed that the children had more errors than the adults.The result of user satisfaction showed that users liked the Corner Open Pie Menu the most, and satisfaction about its easy use, and ease of learning as well as being suitable for a tablet were found at the high level.
