Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript has been approved by all co-authors prior to submission to YRUJST, and a signed letter of consent for submission is attached.
• The manuscript is written in English and has been prepared in accordance with the YRUJST Author Guidelines and manuscript template, including the required sections, abstract length, number of keywords, and page limit for the relevant article type. Manuscripts that do not follow the guidelines may be rejected.
• An anonymized version of the manuscript, with all author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and other identifying information removed, has been provided for double-blind peer review.
• The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration by any other journal. The author(s) will not submit the manuscript elsewhere while it is under review by YRUJST.
• The manuscript is original, and all sources have been properly cited. The author(s) understand that manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% (excluding references) will be returned for revision.
• For research involving human participants, human data or samples, or animals, approval has been obtained from the relevant ethics committee (or an exemption has been granted), and the approval or exemption number and informed consent procedures are reported in the Ethics Statement.
• The manuscript includes all statements required for the relevant article type, including the Author Contributions, Funding Statement, Conflict of Interest Statement, Data Availability Statement, and AI Use Declaration, as specified in the Author Guidelines.
• All supplementary material files (if any) have been uploaded and are referred to in the main text.
• The author(s) agree to revise the manuscript in response to the reviewers' and editors' comments and to submit the revised version**, together with a point-by-point response,** within 30 days of notification. Manuscripts not revised within this period may be rejected.
• Select “I have read and accept all the submission conditions.”
