Author Guidelines

Please kindly read the following explanations before submitting the paper.

**When not all the documents are submitted, the manuscript will not be assessed and be rejected immediately.**

1. Before starting the submission process, please review the submission guidelines and checklist for fast editorial process. If the manuscript does not follow the guidelines, it will immediately be rejected.
2. Submission fee was as followed.

When the preliminary assessment is approved, the author will be notified of payment for article quality assessment fee. Later, when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be notified of payment for article publication fee. (The staff will notify a payment prior to every each process.)

*Note:

- Every payment of each item listed in the table above “does not confirm a publication of your manuscript in the YRU Journal of Science and Technology,” since the manuscript must be reviewed by 3 experts and editors before the manuscript is announced to be accepted.

- Please be informed before the submission in the YRU Journal of Science and Technology that, if your manuscript is “rejected for the publication” by experts or editors, “the editorial teams will not refund the fee, in any case.” (That is because the fee has been paid to experts for the assessment.)

- The first author must be personnel of Yala Rajabhat University to get insider’s rate.

1. The fast track process takes approximately 45 days*, and is only for manuscripts in Biological sciences (Biology, Microbiology & Food technology) theme. (Please make contact with the staff for more information before making the fast track submission.) Fast track submission “is not a publication confirmation of your manuscript in the YRU Journal of Science and Technology.”
2. The regular process takes approximately 4 – 5 months**(The YRU Journal of Science and Technology reserves the right to refuse any manuscripts requesting for shorter duration of this process.)
3. Please pay each item of the submission fee within 1 week, after being notified by the staff. Otherwise, the manuscript will be disqualified for the publication.
4. After the payment transfer, please attach your payment receipt in ThaiJo system, so that the staff can further to the next process.
5. In case your manuscript needs a revision, you are required to edit the manuscript and send the revised version to the staff within 30 days, after being informed about the revision. Otherwise, your manuscript could be rejected for publication.

Note: The review process takes approximately 1 month. However, the duration depends on the author’s preparation and revision of the manuscript as well.

*The period may be longer than 45 days if experts request a reconsideration or the author takes a long time to edit the manuscript.
